Ingredients
3 cups almond milk or coconut milk
6 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons beet puree from beets roasted for 45 minutes at 400 degrees
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon stevia to sweeten
Ccoconut cream for toppings
Instructions
Pour milk into a pan over medium heat and bring to a gentle boil
Slightly lower flame and add in beet puree and cocoa and stir till well blended
Add in the salt, stevia
Pour into 2 mugs and top with whipped coconut cream
