Poor Sleep

      • Before coming to Healing Tree, I had zero energy and wanted to nap all of the time.

        I used to wake up at 2 or 3 am every morning and couldn't get back to sleep. I would finally get up at 4 or 5 am which made it difficult to be productive the rest of the day.
        I would wake up with headaches once a week and it was awful.

        Since coming to Healing Tree my energy is great now. I am very productive and I no longer need naps. I feel more alert and my mind is clear. I am playing catch up on when I couldn't do anything. My attitude is better.
